Gentle twist that opens thoracic spine and stretches shoulders.
1Setup
Start on all fours.
2Execution
1. Reach right arm under body toward left. 2. Lower right shoulder and ear to mat. 3. Left arm can extend overhead. 4. Hold 30 seconds each side.
Pro Tips
- Keep hips stacked over knees
- Breathe into the twist
- Relax into the stretch
