- Payment and billing records: retained for 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting law
- Server and security logs (IP, device info, error reports): retained for up to 90 days
- Support correspondence: retained for up to 2 years after our last contact
- After you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days; encrypted backups are purged within 90 days; records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment receipts) are retained for the period required by law
