Not Medical Advice: The information and programs provided through Forte are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Individual Results: Results from following our programs may vary. Factors such as genetics, diet, consistency, and individual health conditions all play a role in your progress.

Training Safety

Proper Form: Always prioritize proper form over heavy weights. Incorrect technique can lead to injury. If you are unsure about how to perform an exercise, consult with a certified personal trainer or strength coach.

Progressive Overload: Increase weights gradually. Attempting to lift more than you are capable of can result in serious injury.

Listen to Your Body: If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately. Sharp or persistent pain is a signal that something is wrong.

Warm Up and Cool Down: Always perform an adequate warm-up before training and cool down afterward to reduce the risk of injury.

Equipment Safety: Ensure all equipment is in good condition and used correctly. Use safety clips on barbells and spotters when lifting heavy.

Assumption of Risk

Strength training and physical exercise involve inherent risks of injury. By using Forte and participating in any of our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

You agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself. You agree that Forte, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services.
