About This Exercise
Gentle dynamic neck mobilization to prepare the neck and upper traps for training.
1Setup
Stand tall, shoulders relaxed.
2Execution
1. Slowly drop chin to chest, then lift back to neutral. 2. Tilt ear toward each shoulder. 3. Slowly look over each shoulder. 4. Repeat the circuit 3-5 times, moving with control.

- Don't force the range
- Keep shoulders relaxed
